Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy across the groups business arms.
- Build annual marketing calendars with campaigns tailored to advisory product and education offerings.
- Identify and manage brand positioning efforts for each business line under the companys umbrella.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn X/Twitter Meta YouTube etc.) ensuring alignment with audience segments.
- Manage media buying strategies and advertising budgets to optimize campaign ROI.
- Oversee social media listening and analytics tools to monitor audience sentiment and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure impactful messaging and visuals.
Event Management & Visibility
- Plan and execute global events conferences and thought leadership panels online and in-person.
- Coordinate participation in government forums tech expos and academic partnerships to elevate visibility.
- Work with internal stakeholders to craft speaking points presentations and collateral.
Internal Coordination & Brand Consistency
- Serve as the central marketing point of contact for the internal companies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across products services publications and media.
- Support internal teams in creating pitch decks brochures and campaign material for external engagement.
Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using KPIs (reach engagement conversions etc.) and provide regular reports to the Managing Partners.
- Adjust strategies based on analytics trends and internal feedback loops.
Occasional travel for event management media meetings and on-ground campaign support.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
- 6 10 years of marketing experience ideally in consulting SaaS/tech or education sectors.
- Proven experience in social media management media buying and event execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic or French is a plus).
- Flexible and regional/global in scope with coordination across multiple time zones and business units.
