Paid Social Campaign Manager

Were expanding our acquisition efforts and looking for a talentedPaid Social Campaign Manager to drive performance across paid social channels. This is your chance to join a dynamic cross-functional team and play a pivotal role in fueling growth for one of Israels leading tech companies.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• 2 years of experience managing significant paid social budgets ($100K) globally ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with key performance metrics (CPA CPL ROAS LTV etc.).
• A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to ideate and execute campaign optimizations independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A self-starter attitude with high motivation accountability and a curious growth-oriented mindset.
  
  

How youll make an impact:

• Plan launch and scale high-budget B2B paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing for copy creatives audiences bid strategies and retargeting.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to deliver insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities emerging platforms and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate closely with creative analytics product and broader marketing teams to build high-converting funnels and effective ad experiences.
• Stay up to date with the latest paid social trends and platform updatesand implement them effectively.
