We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Dates Sweets and Chocolate Factory Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in the manufacture of our delectable array of sweets chocolates and dates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete production process ensuring that each bite delivers the quality our customers have come to love and expect.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and smooth operations across the production process. From manufacturing to inventory management the Factory Manager will embody the importance of producing high-quality confectionery products. By leading and training staff the Manager will influence our factorys environment while staying updated with food safety regulations and pushing the envelope in product development to meet dynamic market demands.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality confectionery products
- Manage manufacturing efficiency through strong production management
- Implement quality control measures to maintain superior product standards
- Monitor inventory to meet production needs
- Lead and train employees for optimal productivity
