About this Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Finance Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Finance manager is to provide financial information to management by analyzing data and preparing reports.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage taxation and advise the company accordingly

Cost Management

Oversee the budgeting process

Preparation of Management and Finance accounts and monthly reports

Prepare and maintain staff payroll.

Develop policies for revenue assurance.

Ensure no revenue leakages through proper edits and timely reconciliation.

Review the customer billing and ensure its accurate and per schedule.

Invoice and make receipts for clients accurately and on time.

Share daily revenue reports vs. projections as well as monthly reports.

Advise the Board of Directors on Financial matters affecting Trade-Lance

Any other tasks assigned.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS NEEDED

• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules as well as work on weekends as advised by supervisor or need necessitates.
  
• Analytical thinking.
  
• Understand Fin tech operations
  
• Good Financial reporting skills and use of tools like Quick Books
  
• Outcome Driven
  

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years in the financial sector
  

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• BCom Finance and Accounting or equivalent
  
• ACCA Level 2 or CPA Level 2
  

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Ability to work with a team with excellent communication skills.
