Key Responsibilities: Business Development (European Market)
- Identify research and approach potential B2B clients in the European market using various channels such as cold calling social media and networking.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Monitor relevant market trends client feedback and competitor activity to seek out sales opportunities and deliver innovation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather insights share feedback and drive continual improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and performance against targets.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: International Sales Success
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience ideally with some exposure to the localisation or language services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse business clients.
- Strong research presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable working independently or collaboratively within an international team.
- Previous call centre or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients.
Working Conditions: Egypt-based European Business Hours
- Full-time role based in Egypt: from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Hybrid work options combining office presence with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager.
