The MEP Engineer is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the execution of electromechanical works in accordance with approved procedures specifications and quality standards. This role includes preparing periodic reports inspecting executed works and ensuring the seamless integration of MEP systems within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of electromechanical works on-site to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports on the status of electromechanical activities.
- Verify that all electromechanical works meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
- Ensure that electromechanical tasks comply with approved procedures and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project team members to facilitate the seamless integration and functionality of MEP systems.
- Manage and follow up on service delivery requirements related to the project.
- Conduct and participate in regular site inspections to monitor and uphold the quality of work.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electromechanical works within the construction industry or a similar field
- In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of approved procedures project specifications and industry standards.
- Proven ability to supervise electromechanical works and prepare detailed reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.
