Collect and qualify lead information for follow-up by senior sales professionals
Maintain and update lead databases using CRM platforms
Support email campaigns follow-up activities and appointment scheduling
Provide feedback on client interactions to improve outreach strategies
Learn about Infosys solutions industry trends and client engagement models
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
Good interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of IT services and business solutions
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
