Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis
MISSIONS
As Agency Manager you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of our Lubumbashi branch.
Your main duties include:
- Define and implement the agency s commercial and HR strategy.
- Represent the firm to major mining groups industrial players and partner companies.
- Develop and grow a local and international client portfolio (DRC Zambia South Africa).
- Supervise all recruitment temporary staffing evaluation and HR consulting assignments.
- Manage train and develop both internal staff and outsourced personnel.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence on talent needs in the mining and industrial sectors.
- Monitor and anticipate the need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the mining sector.
- Ensure the agency s profitability and monitor key performance indicators.
- Guarantee the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
KNOWLEDGE
Strong understanding of recruitment processes for technical and senior profiles
Knowledge of Congolese labor law
Familiarity with the mining and/or industrial sectors in Africa
Ability to operate in multicultural and multilingual environments
Strong commercial acumen and B2B business development mindset
Having a local professional network is a strong advantage
Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Fluency in French required
Fluent English is essential (frequent interactions with international clients)
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor / Master s degree
Minimum 5 years experience in a management role (Banking Fiduciary Consulting)
Professional experience in DRC Zambia and/or South Africa
Significant experience in agency or consulting firm management
Added Advantage
Natural leadership and diplomacy
High autonomy and autority
Strong stress management and adaptability
Proficiency in digital HR tools (ATS CRM professional social networks)
