We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Delivery Team within the Applications & Integrations group. The group is responsible for implementing critical systems and leading cross-department integrations to deliver secure scalable and high-performance solutions that support company goals. Working closely with diverse stakeholders across the organization the group plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing internal operations.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills a high level of technical understanding and a passion for delivering results.
What youll do:
- Lead and manage cross-organizational technical projects from discovery through implementation partnering with business owners to define the projects requirements and scope.
- Work closely with the development team to shape technical solutions that meet business goals and follow development best practices.
- Create clear project plans and timelines including managing deliverables milestones and relevant ceremonies with the development team to drive on-time execution.
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
- Produce and maintain documentation for each project.
Who you are:
- At least 4 years of experience in leading technical projects in an Enterprise grade level environment.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or equivalent in experience.
- A proven ability to execute complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Deep technical understanding of integration solutions and familiarity with REST API.
- Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to lead and motivate stakeholders toward achieving project goals.
- Detail-oriented with the willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Advantage:
- Experience leading HR systems implementations and managing HR related projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
