Were looking for a Senior Presales Consultant Digital who can bridge the gap between technology business outcomes and client success. In this role youll shape high-impact digital solutions using low-code platforms BPM AI and application development strategies.
Youll work closely with sales delivery and partners to position our digital offerings across industries like Government Healthcare Utilities and BFSI.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the presales cycle: Manage RFI/RFPs solutioning proposals and client presentations
- Collaborate with Sales to generate demand and proactively pitch digital offerings
- Design winning solutions in low code BPM AI middleware and application services
- Define high-level scope and delivery models (Agile Waterfall Iterative)
- Consult clients on digital transformation and build long-term relationships
- Engage OEMs for certifications pricing and go-to-market collaboration
- Contribute to thought leadership via whitepapers case studies and events
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the presales process suggesting enhancements to make processes more efficient and effective.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8 years of experience in Application Services / Digital Presales
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Strong background in software development and understanding of SDLC
- Proven track record of working on large deals ($1M value)
- Experience with low-code/no-code BPM tools or AI-driven solutions
- Confident communicator with strong storytelling and consultative skills
- Industry exposure to Government Healthcare Utilities or BFSI
- Strong proposal writing solutioning and SoW documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in low-code platforms BPM tools or TOGAF
- Design Thinking or Business Analysis training
- Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
