As a Marketing Localization Manager for the Spanish speaking market youll adapt and localize Wixs global marketing campaigns to resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences. Youll ensure cultural relevance maintain brand consistency and oversee localization workflows across various marketing channels. In your day-to-day you will:
Localize and adapt global marketing campaigns and content for the Spanish-speaking market
Collaborate with other teams to ensure creative consistency optimal solutions and cultural relevance
Lead the transcreation process to align messaging with cultural and consumer expectations
Manage localization workflows timelines and quality control across all marketing channels
Follow maintain and develop a Spanish style guide and terminology database
Work with localization vendors and freelance linguists to ensure high-quality output
Qualifications :
13 years of experience in marketing localization content marketing or digital marketing in an international organization including experience working with paid media SEO and content performance metrics
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Linguistics or a related field
Native-level fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication in English
Proven ability to transcreate and adapt marketing content creatively and effectively
Deep understanding of the Spanish market audience behavior and cultural trends
Ability to manage multiple localization projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills high attention to detail and a passion for high-quality content
Familiarity with content design UX writing or brand storytelling
