Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage company networks and servers
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
- Manage and maintain call center systems and software
- Ensure data security and regular server/network backups
- Monitor and secure the companys network and server environments
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure uptime and performance
- Implement IT best practices and security protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT administration networking and server management
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and network configurations
- Experience managing VoIP or call center systems
- Familiarity with firewalls backups and cybersecurity tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills for supporting users and teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA MCSA or equivalent are a plus
- Experience with cloud-based systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of backup/recovery tools and disaster recovery planning
