The Legal Secretary (LSS) will work as part of a team supporting fee earners and managing priorities.
The role of Executive Secretary requires daily collaboration with the Office Manager fee earners and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
A key aspect of the role will be to foster positive and collaborative working relationships with the Management team and staff from all departments in Riyadh. Additionally this collaborative approach will extend to building a network across all regions.
The focus of the role may shift over time depending on the needs of the team of fee earners. However the Executive Secretary will be expected to perform tasks in the following key areas:

Along with all Secretarial Services staff a key attribute of the Executive Assistant success will be dependent on the positive and collaborative working relationships which they build with colleagues in the Practice Area. The key working relationships will be:

Due to the nature of this role office attendance is required for more than our balanced hybrid working policy. The expectation for this role is to be working in the office for a minimum of 80% of your time.
