As a Business Operations Manager at Wix Code youll work at the intersection of product and engineering ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams. Youll help shape operational strategies optimize processes and foster collaboration to drive success for Wixs developer ecosystem. In your day-to-day you will:
Own the execution lifecycle across engineering and productfrom planning to delivery
Design implement and optimize processes that keep teams aligned efficient and moving fast
Lead cross-company projects ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery
Run rituals and cadences that encourage transparency clarity and accountability
Act as the central point of coordination for risks and interdependencies adapting and solving challenges efficiently
Promote alignment between R&D and other key disciplines like Product Data UX and infrastructure teams
Qualifications :
35 years of project/operations management experience preferably in R&D or tech-driven environments
Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycleboth engineering and product sides
Highly organized analytical and execution-focused with a can-do mindset
Exceptional influencing and connecting skillsyou know how to build trust push priorities and lead by example
Ability to speak the language of developers understand infrastructure and navigate technical contexts
Detail-oriented and curious with a problem-solving mindset
