Manage the discipline equipment performance Operation & maintenance. Perform the maintenance activities to meet production and company goals within the frame of work maintaining a high level of works quality safety and health and environment compliance in the production unit.
- Organize planned maintenance of Elect.& Instr. equipment as per job plans and suppliers manuals with support of maintenance technicians and subcontractors
- Inspects / surveys and continually improves the condition of plant Elect.& Instr. equipment; establishes specifications and standards for maintenance (IMS) for plant assets and new equipment (if any)
- Ensure that ASU and associated equipment running at maximum productivity and minimizing downtime to reach required efficiency.
- Develop job plans & MOC as required for maintenance tasks. In addition to any relative requirement from IMS
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of equipment or systems not performing as expected.
- Compile and record maintenance data and tests/inspections/calibrations results through Maximo
- Lead maintenance technician to reach maximum performance
- ensure the availability of spare parts according to vulnerability study requirements by following procurement cycles. participate on the preparation of plant budget and follow up cost of maintenance
- Communicate broadly and frequently with the operation & maintenance Support teams and the other areas engineers and hub experts
- Support the area and CMT in the planning and execution of major repairs and TARs
- Lead and support for upgrades and new projects considering high level of safety and quality

Min 5 years experience
