We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter Team Leader to lead our recruitment efforts and team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition experienced in both strategic and hands-on recruitment and comfortable with regular field visits to source exceptional retail talent directly from the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and support the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and KPIs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both white- and blue-collar roles.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans.
- Use ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Teamtailor to identify and attract top candidates.
- Conduct regular field visits to malls and retail locations to identify and approach potential high-performing candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in salaries benefits and employee behaviors in the retail industry.
- Improve the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
- Monitor and report on recruitment performance and team productivity.
- Provide training and development opportunities to the recruitment team.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Be willing to travel frequently and engage in hands-on field recruitment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience including some experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market and current hiring trends in retail.
- Hands-on experience managing full recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive field-oriented personality with a passion for people and market engagement.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound hiring decisions under pressure.
Location: Khobar Saudi Arabia with regular travel and fieldwork required.
