Lead and manage the regional (Alex - Delta ) sales team including area and field sales representatives
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business strategy
Monitor and drive performance against KPIs sales targets and market share objectives
Build strong relationships with key distributors contractors and clients
Train and coach field staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and trade marketing initiatives in the region
Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field
* 5 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in industrial or construction chemical sales
* Proven track record of managing and growing a regional sales operation
* Strong analytical leadership and communication skills
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
* A valid Car license.
