What youll be doing:
Ensure the accuracy completeness and quality of product data across the website and marketplaces working closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Oversee the end-to-end article creation and pricing upload processes ensuring timely product launches and seamless catalog management across all platforms
Job Description:
1. Product Data Accuracy & Quality Control:
Oversee and maintain the accuracy completeness and consistency of product information on the website
Work closely with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to correct discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Perform routine audits to identify and resolve catalog-related issues
2. Article Creation & Product Launch Management:
Manage the end-to-end article creation process ensuring all necessary details are captured correctly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely launch of products on the e-commerce platform
Track the progress of new product listings and proactively address any delays.
3. Price Upload & Alignment:
Assist the Catalog Executive in preparing price upload files
Align pricing details with the Central Planning team and ensure accurate uploads to SAP
4. Marketplace Catalog Management:
Ensure product catalogs meet the specific requirements of all marketplaces.
Work with internal stakeholders to optimize product visibility and accuracy across multiple platforms
Skills:
Proven work experience in catalog management and e-merchandising
Should be very comfortable with Excel Vlookup advanced excel formulas and PPT
Hands-on experience with PIM systems like Akeneo Magento Salesforce is a must
Proficiency in data management tools and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
