Expert Instructor (Various Fields)
- Languages: Italian Spanish Russian German Chinese etc.
- Marketing: Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing Branding SEO / SEM etc.
- Videography: Video Production Editing Cinematography etc.
- Advertisement: Advertising Campaigns Copywriting Media Planning
- Photography: DSLR Photography Photo Editing Studio Photography etc.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging
hands-on and comprehensive training programs to a diverse student body.
Instructors will leverage their industry expertise to provide practical insights and foster a strong learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update course curricula lesson plans and training materials in line with industry best practices and learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction through various methods (lectures practical exercises workshops group discussions etc.).
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and skill development.
- Assess student progress and performance through assignments projects and evaluations.
- Stay current with the latest trends tools and technologies within their respective fields.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Kaslik Workshop team to ensure program quality and student satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise and significant professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the specific field they intend to teach.
- Prior teaching training or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and techniques specific to the field
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred however equivalent professional experience will be considered.
