Were looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a focus on machine learning. Youll work on end-to-end ML systems from data preprocessing and model development to deployment while growing your career in a supportive high-performance environment.
Tasks
- Design develop and deploy machine learning models in diverse real-world applications
- Own AI projects end-to-endfrom scoping and prototyping to implementation and handover
- Work closely with clients to understand needs identify problems and propose suitable ML approaches
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art developments in ML/AI and bring fresh ideas into projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers designers and product owners
Requirements
- A strong background in machine learning with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models
- Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn)
- At least 3-5 years of track record in agile software development
- Proven track record in successfully delivering ML/AI projects
- Experience with data preprocessing model evaluation and tuning
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and ML engineering best practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience in MLOps edge AI or domain-specific ML (e.g. NLP computer vision)
