Duda is the leading SaaS B2B website builder platform. We provide web professionals digital marketing agencies hosting companies and SaaS platforms innovative tools to deliver high performing websites to their clients at scale. Dudas product team focuses on innovation answering our customers challenges to speed up their site-building process and grow their businesses through one-of-a-kind tools for maximum customer conversion.
We are seeking a motivated tech savvy Product Manager to lead Dudas Pricing Squad playing a critical role in defining and building scalable infrastructure great user experiences and promoting growth across the platform. We are looking for someone who is experienced in and excited about the opportunity to make a lot of impact and take strategic decisions based on collaboration data and customer insight.
What youll do
- Defining and executing your squads strategy and roadmap based on company goals customer needs data insights and competitive research.
- Own the full product lifecycle of Dudas payment related initiatives app store and billing system that provides Duda the flexibility to bill across from all of our customer segments
- Drive monetization and growth initiatives by collaborating closely with Dudas growth team helping surface new opportunities and act on opportunities to enhance revenue and optimize conversion throughout the customer lifecycle
- Leading (together with a technical team lead) and motivating an empowered team of engineers QA and product design
- Defining & monitoring feature KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization
- Communicating & collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including presenting product plans and updates
Requirements:
- 4 years as a product manager in a SaaS company
- Proven track record translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable plans for engineering design and customer facing teams
- Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering large-scale projects involving multiple customer personas.
- Strategic analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with different internal teams
- Strong technical understanding ideally with experience as a product manager of platform or infrastructure products
- Experience with payment systems billing platforms (e.g. Stripe) or financial products is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with or within a centralized growth function and/or familiarity with A/B testing and/or ownership of trial-to-paid or billing conversion initiatives is a strong advantage
