About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a full-stack Marketing Manager to help us drive real impact in our mid-market and enterprise segments. Youll take the lead on messaging content campaigns and events and play a key role in generating MQLs SQLs and meaningful engagement with the accounts we care about most.

You know how to build campaigns that actually work the kind that move the needle get sales excited and make people stop and take notice. You take full ownership of your work with confidence and clarity but youre also super collaborative and low-ego. You move fast bring great energy and always look for ways to raise the bar.

This is a hands-on high-impact role reporting directly to the VP of Growth Marketing. Youll team up with content design product marketing and sales to bring creative multi-channel campaigns to life and youll have the trust and autonomy to manage your own budget vendors and quarterly plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive MQLs SQLs and support pipeline growth
  • Lead campaign development from messaging to creative execution ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan and execute our presence at industry/roundtable events and conferences including pre-event planning logistics messaging and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead targeted marketing efforts within key accounts and segments including ABM initiatives in partnership with Sales
  • Analyze campaign performance (MQLs SQLs engagement) and optimize programs to improve results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches customer marketing and sales enablement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must- 4 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
  • Demonstrated success in driving qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) and meaningful account engagement through marketing initiatives (content marketing events paid ads webinars SEO etc;)
  • Experience managing event and conference marketing from planning through to lead capture and follow-up
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce
  • A digital marketing expert with proven success managing LinkedIn Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage vendors and budgets independently
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with a clear understanding of how to adapt messaging by persona and funnel stage
  • Resourceful and self-driven you figure things out ask smart questions and push work forward without being told
  • Fluent in English - preference for native-level.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
