Could you be the full-time Operations Manager in Egypt were looking for
Exercises leadership and supervision over the personnel and activities of the Control Center organization; provides counsel and renders performance appraisal evaluations to Operations Supervisors; responsible directly or indirectly for significant personnel actions such as promotions demotions disciplinary actions and grievance proceedings; participates in labor/management negotiations and proceedings as required.
Ensures that all parts of the control center organization carry out their assigned duties in a manner that will meet company goals and objectives to ensure that all activities are accomplished efficiently safely and economically.
Manages the operations through:
Ensures the effective use of personnel in the Control Centre Department through proper staff selection and training regular staff performance evaluation staff retraining and re-certification whenever required recognition of good staff performance and the use of disciplinary action when required.
Ensures the proper implementation of company financial administrative and personnel policies as these apply to Control Centre Department staff. Contributes to the development and refinement of Cairo Monorails policies and procedures.
Continuously develops and refines Control Centre Department systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the Department.
Develops and refines system operating plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.
Ensures Control Centre Department staff adhere to all rules.
Develops and implements policies and procedures for normal operations failure management and emergency response.
Investigates all incident/accident reports involving real or potential threats to passenger or employee health or safety reports fully on these events to the Operations Director and ensures that all appropriate measures are implemented to prevent or minimize the reoccurrence of such events.
Reviews and approves all changes to Control Centre Manuals as well Station Manuals.
Participates in senior management and other meetings as required and works with peers superiors and subordinates to ensure matters of mutual concern are promptly addressed and resolved.
