We are looking for a driven and experienced Tele-sales Team Leader to manage mentor and energise a team of telesales agents dedicated to promoting our innovative programming courses for children aged 6 to 18 years. In this leadership role you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities setting performance targets and coaching team members to consistently exceed enrolment goals.

Your leadership will be key in fostering a results-oriented collaborative environment that reflects our commitment to quality education and technological advancement. The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional results while helping parents make informed decisions about their children s learning journey.


  • Lead mentor and support a tele-sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the educational products and customer demographics.
  • Monitor daily team operations assess individual and team performance and provide timely coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct regular training to build team skills in communication objection handling and product knowledge.
  • Analyse sales reports and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report team progress achievements and challenges to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Address escalated customer concerns and support agents in resolving difficult calls.
  • Organize incentives team-building activities and other motivational tools to maintain high engagement.
  • Ensure consistent CRM usage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Tele-Sales Team Leader role with a proven track record of driving performance and leading high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and guide a sales team
  • Strong decision-making conflict resolution and people management skills
  • Experience developing and implementing telesales strategies
  • Ability to analyse KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals
  • Skilled at providing actionable feedback coaching sessions and hands-on support
  • Experience identifying individual and team training needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable liaising between the sales team and upper management
  • Proficient in analyzing team productivity and generating performance reports
  • Data-driven mindset for optimizing results
  • Ability to quickly assess challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Calm and professional approach to escalations
  • Experienced with CRM platforms and sales performance tools
  • Comfortable using tele sales software dashboards and reporting systems
  • Capable of building morale recognising success and maintaining team enthusiasm
  • Creative in organizing incentives and recognition programs
  • Strong organizational skills in managing team schedules call flows and follow-ups
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of our programming courses and audience needs
  • Ability to guide team members on handling objections effectively
  • Fluency in Arabic with a Gulf accent preferred
  • Strong command of English is a plus
