What you will be doing:
As a Lobby Ambassador you are responsible to receive and give a warm welcome to our guests providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times. Your presence in the lobby sets the tone for the guest experience and you are expected to uphold the highest standards of courtesy discretion and service excellence at all times.
- Greet all guests with genuine warmth professionalism and attention to detail ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the lobby area offering assistance and personalized service to both local and international guests especially Mandarin-speaking visitors.
- Anticipate guest needs provide accurate information about hotel facilities and assist with directions or requests.
- Liaise closely with Front Office Concierge Bell Desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Provide concierge-style support including recommendations reservations and handling special requests with grace.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction while upholding the brands commitment to excellence.
- Maintain a polished and elegant presence at all times reflecting the sophistication of the hotel.
- Support VIP and loyalty guests with extra care and personal attention.
- Assist in translating and communicating between guests and non-Mandarin-speaking staff when necessary.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Guest Relations Front Office or customer service roles preferably in luxury hotel.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Well-groomed appearance and polished presentation in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm approachable and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
