On behalf of our client we are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join their team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities during your shift
Train mentor and motivate staff members
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
Manage inventory and stock levels
Handle cash transactions and reconcile receipts
Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
Collaborate with the management team to implement policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
Certification in food handling and safety is a plus
