Were looking for a People Operations Specialist to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level.
As A People Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRSystems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR-related data and information. This role will involve collaborating with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade andoptimize HR operation solutions.
*** The role is a temporary 8-month position for maternity leave replacement.
What will you actually be doing
- Day-to-day hands-on support and maintenance of WalkMes employee records in our HR system: Workday keeping high integrity and reliability of the data.
- Conduct and facilitate onboarding new hires and facilitating a smooth transition.
- Maintain human resource policies such as on-boarding off-boarding etc.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of People Operations processes and Documentation in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as payroll FP&A Office Operations etc.
- to address employee queries and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify trends in our workforce.
- Work with PBPs on employee-relations matters to streamline HR processes.
What should you bring to the table
- 2 years of experience in HR operations role.
- Experience working with HR systems (preferably SuccsessFactors) - Advantage
- Proficiency in Excel functions such as Pivot table VLOOKUP etc.
- Problem-solving by finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Passionate about people and a team player.
- Independent self-learner initiative creative thinker.
- Service oriented and strong administrative operational skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
- Strong Communication skills written and verbal in both Hebrew and English.
- The role is a temporary 8-month position for maternity leave replacement
