About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Chassis Assembler
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:
Job Location: Bagamoyo Kerege
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Chassis Assembler is responsible for assembling site components according to assembly drawings and process requirements. The role involves ensuring quality standards are met maintaining tools and equipment and recording data accurately during the assembly process.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform the assembly of site components in strict accordance with assembly drawings and process requirements.
- Follow the process flow and quality standards of site assembly utilizing assembly tools and equipment proficiently.
- Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail to ensure highquality standards.
- Conduct daily maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Accurately record various data during the assembly process including component usage and assembly progress.
- Support other team members by handling components and assisting in quality inspections as needed.
- Detect and report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions promptly coordinating with relevant personnel for resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean organized workspace.
Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in site assembly: pipeline harness management experience are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with process flow and quality standards in assembly work.
- Skilled in using assembly tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail quality awareness and responsibility.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cable manufacturing or a similar production environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
