The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies marketing campaigns and client relationship management. This role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams to execute strategic plans that enhance brand visibility capture market share and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns including digital marketing social media and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand and promote product features effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure longterm satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts track progress and report results to management.
- Coordinate trade shows exhibitions and promotional events.
- Optimize marketing efforts through analysis of campaign performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in Industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing CRM software and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar platforms.
