We are seeking to hire a dedicated organized and efficient Service technician Industrial Boilers f/m to join our team in this role you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Deliver aftersales service for industrial boilers
Visit customers build strong relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Promote and sell maintenance contracts and spare parts
Ensure boiler operation quality within your area
Manage existing maintenance contracts
Respond to troubleshooting requests
Supervise and commission new boilers
Report on visits with recommendations for spare parts and upgrades
Maintain close contact with boiler experts in Germany
Qualifications :
- Boiler maintenance installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to also be a salesman and build up relationships with customers
- French & English speaking reading and writing
- Availability to travel within African countries.
