الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for cosmetic products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media email and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional events.
- Work closely with the product development team to align marketing efforts with new releases.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage relationships with beauty influencers bloggers and media outlets.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and brand guidelines.
- Create engaging content for social media websites and advertising platforms.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing SEO and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior.
