الوصف الوظيفي
- Inspect and test cosmetic products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor fulfillment processes to prevent defects and ensure accurate order packing.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for warehouse and distribution operations.
- Conduct audits and maintain records of quality inspections.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues in fulfillment and packaging.
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations including GMP and ISO standards.
- Work closely with logistics teams to minimize errors in shipments.
- Generate reports on quality performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of GMP ISO HACCP and other quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and quality management software.
Experience in quality control or fulfillment operations preferably in the cosmetics industry.
