الوصف الوظيفي

The Dermatology Devices Sales Representative plays a vital role in achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting and selling dermatologyrelated products and solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities building strong customer relationships delivering technical support and ensuring a seamless sales cycle from product promotion to aftersales service and collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate sales opportunities within the assigned territory to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including dermatologists surgeons and clinical staff.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales action plans aligned with company goals and submit them for management approval.

  • Promote and sell dermatology medical devices to targeted customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Provide inservice support technical demonstrations and handson training to clients on the use and maintenance of equipment.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and after equipment installation startup and operation.

  • Participate in relevant medical conferences workshops exhibitions and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.

  • Monitor market trends customer preferences and competitor activities and report regularly to the sales supervisor.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment installation and payment collection.

  • Prepare accurate reports on sales performance client feedback and market insights.


Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Science /Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy Business Administration or any related commercial or healthcare management field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 23 years of proven experience in a medical device sales or similar healthcare sales role preferably within the dermatology sector.

  • Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
