About The Role:
We re hiring a Corporate Customer Success Executive to manage and support our B2B (corporate) medical insurance clients after the deal is closed. You ll be the key point of contact for HRs and decisionmakers at our partner companies ensuring a seamless onboarding delivering excellent ongoing service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison for corporate clients after the medical insurance contract is signed.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they understand the coverage details service flow and support channels.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with HR departments and key decisionmakers.
- Handle all daytoday client needs inquiries and policy service requests with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate internally with operations underwriting and insurance company reps to solve issues and deliver a smooth experience.
- Monitor the client experience across the full policy lifecycle and proactively identify ways to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Handle renewal preparation gather feedback and support upsell/crosssell opportunities when relevant.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions and report on client activity and feedback on CRM.
- Represent Amanleek s values of empathy transparency and ownership in every interaction.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in customer success account management or client servicing highly preferably in the insurance healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple corporate clients while maintaining high service quality and retention rates.
- Organized proactive and solutionoriented with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of medical insurance products is a huge plus.
