We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in attracting assessing and hiring top talent for our organization. - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements across various recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct inperson interviews for a wide range of positions from entrylevel to executive roles
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and set qualification criteria
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as timetohire and source of hire
- Design and administer candidate experience surveys to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in creating effective job advertisements and utilizing various recruitment channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on hiring metrics
- Proficient in using social media and professional networks for talent sourcing
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple openings simultaneously
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current industry trends
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
