الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Night Manager to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a Night Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise all night shift operations including front desk housekeeping and security
- Process night audit ensuring accurate financial reporting and resolution of discrepancies
- Handle guest checkins checkouts and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests complaints and emergencies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain hotel security and safety protocols
- Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy rates
- Train and mentor night shift staff to uphold service standards
- Prepare detailed shift reports for day management
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software particularly Opera
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
- Technical ability to process night audits and handle financial reporting
- Knowledge of hotel security and safety protocols
- Multilingual skills particularly Arabic and English are highly beneficial
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
