Outlet Manager Waterpark
This position is responsible for leading the assigned dining venue operations in the Waterpark. He/she is responsible for supervising a team on their daily tasks training plans and organizes operational needs and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Display a friendly helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and colleagues
- Enforce and adhere to all Qatar laws related to health & hygiene safety & environmental policies as well as company rules and regulations
- Report any health & safety concerns or incidents to management to minimize risk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environment for all guests and colleagues
- Listen actively and respond to guest feedback as well as assess and review guest satisfaction results and trends to continuously improve and exceed guest expectations
- Assist with the preparations of special events when needed
- Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies standards and procedures by training supervising followup and handson management
- Continually seek methods to control operating costs
- Ensure any broken or damaged equipment is reported and monitored effectively
- Review the accuracy of any checklists and records completed in his/her area
- Manage food and beverage inventory ordering and stocking
- Develop services and products across the department
- Actively seek ways to maximize the revenue of the outlet
- Maintain highquality standards in the operations
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in a similar position or Assistant Outlet Manager for at least 3 years
- Diploma in F&B Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Food Hygiene and HACCP Certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
