Main Responsibilities
Ensure tasks are tracked and followed through to completion
Maintain clear briefs and links so others can move without confusion
Identify blockers early and help resolve them or escalate smoothly
Keep project scopes documented what s due when and with what
Make timelines and priorities easy to see and act on
Keep ClickUp current statuses deadlines and owners always clear
Maintain structured independent execution with consistent communication

Maintain system structures (spaces automations forms) that support flow and visibility
Identify and flag redundant tools or underused platforms
Suggest thoughtful improvements that increase speed or reduce friction
Requirements
2 4 years of handson execution experience coordination followup and delivery
Proficiency with ClickUp and Google Admin (or similar systems)
Operates with full ownership clarifies rather than complicates
Consistently delivers without external prompting or supervision
