On behalf of our client we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a specific section of the kitchen.
Prepare cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Support and supervise junior kitchen staff including Commis Chefs in the assigned section.
Ensure that dishes leaving the section meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain cleanliness organization and stock levels in the kitchen section.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or culinary education is preferred.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
Attention to detail and a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
