On behalf of our client we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a specific section of the kitchen such as sauces pastries meat fish or vegetables.
Prepare cook and present dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff including Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie.
Ensure that dishes leaving the section meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
Assist in menu planning recipe development and food costing for the assigned section.
Maintain cleanliness organization and stock levels in the kitchen section.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong culinary skills and expertise in a specific culinary area.
Leadership abilities to guide and motivate junior kitchen staff.
Creativity in developing new dishes flavors and presentations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
