On behalf of our client we are looking for a Team Leader to join their team in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
Train and mentor new and existing team members on restaurant procedures customer service standards and operational tasks.
Monitor inventory levels place orders as needed and ensure proper stock management.
Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Enforce food safety and hygiene standards ensuring compliance with regulations at all times.
Assist in scheduling staff managing labor costs and optimizing staffing levels based on business needs.
Collaborate with management to implement initiatives for improving service quality efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality role with demonstrated leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members customers and management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
Ability to make quick decisions problemsolve effectively and handle stressful situations calmly.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
Certification in food safety or relevant training is a plus.
