We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Engineer to play a key role in IT governance enterprise architecture and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy governance and largescale IT project . This position requires extensive experience in IT service delivery software development infrastructure projects and cloud computing initiatives. The IT PMO Engineer will work crossfunctionally to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and enterprise architecture strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee and manage IT project portfolios ensuring adherence to best practices timelines and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate largescale IT initiatives including software development infrastructure deployment and cloud computing projects.
• Establish and maintain IT service delivery processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop business cases perform cost estimations and ensure project feasibility assessments.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and software development life cycles (Agile RUP Waterfall) to manage project .
• Apply industrystandard enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and IT governance models (e.g. COBIT) to drive IT strategy.
• Maintain compliance with IT governance standards and frameworks ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams in best practices for IT project management and governance.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in IT Computer Engineering Business Administration Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience: 7 years of experience in IT governance enterprise architecture and PMO with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Certifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification by PMI (Mandatory).
• PRINCE2 Practitioner (Preferred).
• Agile certifications (PMIACP Certified ScrumMaster) (Preferred).
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification for enterpriselevel projects (Preferred).
• ITIL SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master Certification (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and IT governance standards (e.g. COBIT).
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies including Agile frameworks.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage project teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in business case development cost estimation and risk management.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms and IT infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices.
• Strong ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Ability to navigate and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
