AtkinsRalis is looking for a BMS/SCADA Engineer (ICTS) for a giga mixeduse project based in Riyadh which encompasses public realm urban infrastructure elements highend residential and cultural assets. The project is currently pending imminent award.

Responsibilities:

Technical Design and Implementation:

• Develop detailed technical designs and specifications for ICTS systems including structured cabling network infrastructure telecommunications and security systems.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and clients to integrate ICTS requirements into overall building and infrastructure designs.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards codes and regulations.

Project Management:

• Manage ICTS projects from initiation through to completion ensuring adherence to budget schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams external consultants contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project .
• Conduct site surveys assessments and feasibility studies to support project planning and design decisions.

System Integration and Testing:

• Oversee the installation configuration and integration of ICTS systems and equipment.
• Conduct system testing commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase and address any issues that arise.

Client Engagement and Consultation:

• Act as a technical advisor to clients on ICTSrelated matters understanding their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations reports and proposals to communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure ICTS designs and installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct periodic audits and reviews to monitor project progress identify risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Telecommunications Computer Science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICTS engineering or related field with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing ICTS solutions.
• Proficiency in ICTS design software and tools such as AutoCAD Visio and network simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of ICTS systems including LAN/WAN networks CCTV access control and telecommunications systems.
• Familiarity with relevant international and local standards and regulations (e.g. ISO ANSI/TIA NEC etc..
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
