الوصف الوظيفي
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with students individually or in small groups to support academic achievement.

Implement behavior support plans (BSPs) and reinforce positive behavioral interventions.
-
Assist in the collection of data on student academic progress and behavior.
-
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to adapt lessons and strategies for individual needs.
-
Support classroom instruction by reinforcing learning activities under teacher supervision.
-
Assist in deescalating student behaviors and employing crisis intervention strategies when necessary.

Promote a positive and inclusive school climate by modeling respectful behavior.
-
Participate in IEP/504 or behavior team meetings when requested.

Supervise students during transitions lunch recess or other noninstructional times as needed.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with school policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree preferred).
-
Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or behavioral setting.
-
Knowledge of behavior management strategies including PBIS or CPI (training provided if necessary).

Ability to build rapport with students and maintain professional boundaries.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
-
May involve exposure to challenging behaviors.
-
Requires physical stamina including standing walking and occasional lifting.

Schoolbased setting following academic calendar.
