Role Overview:
As a Field Responsible Agent you will be responsible for managing onsite operations coordinating technicians ensuring high service quality and assisting in customer acquisition through field visits and quotations. You will play a key role in optimizing our field services and maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate service providers & technicians
Conduct onsite visits to potential customers and assist with quotations
Ensure quality control & customer satisfaction
Plan and optimize service schedules & logistics
Manage supplier relations and inventory tracking
Monitor field performance & identify process improvements
Maintain accurate records of completed jobs technician performance and client interactions
What Were Looking For:
Strong problemsolving & communication skills
Ability to work onsite & manage field operations
Experience in logistics service coordination or operations (preferred)
Familiarity with Google Sheets Trello or CRM tools
Fluency in French & Arabic (English is a plus)
Drivers license B
