The Team:

The Israeli team is composed of credit analysts based in Tel Aviv covering a diverse range of industries including Corporates Financial Services Municipalities and Infrastructure & Project Finance. We are a collaborative group dedicated to delivering highquality rating reports and research and we value a global mindset that helps us navigate complex financial landscapes. As a part of this team you will support the Corporates practice where you will contribute to shaping the financial insights that influence market leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in conducting analytical oversight for the assigned portfolio of rated corporate credits in Israel.

• Assist in preparing indepth credit analyses and recommendations for rating committees.

• Monitor the financial and operational performance of rated companies analyzing public filings and private data.

• Contribute to local and global analytical initiatives and working groups.

• Clearly and logically articulate research and analysis in written and verbal formats.

• Maintain strong relationships with key market participants including issuers intermediaries investors and regulators.

What Were Looking For:

• An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 14 years of years of analytical work experience in the financial services industry. Relevant internship experience for recent graduates is considered.

• First degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or CFA designation is advantageous.

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is essential.

• A motivated team player who can learn complex methodologies in a fastpaced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in credit analysis or related fields.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
