Oktopost is revolutionizing the way companies connect with their customers and audiences. We enable B2B marketers fully manage and optimize social media to drive their businesses forward in a scalable and measurable way. Leading B2B organizations all over the world such as ACI Worldwide Snowflake and Fujitsu are using Oktopost to improve and understand their social presence in order to make better business decisions. We are a global fastpaced and innovative start up with offices in Ramat Gan London and Grand Rapids (MI).

As a Senior Product Manager you will define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI) Social Listening and Marketing Intelligence products within Oktopost. Youll work closely with engineers and crossfunctional teams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insights into their social media performance competitive landscape and market trends.

Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive gaps in BI social listening and marketing intelligence.
    • Engage with customers to understand how they leverage data for decisionmaking and uncover new opportunities.
    • Define and own the roadmap for BI analytics and social listening products prioritizing features and enhancements.
    • Collaborate with engineering AI and data teams to develop dashboardsanalytics and reporting tools.
    • Ensure timely and highquality delivery of new datadriven capabilities.
    • Partner with marketing sales and customer success to define positioning messaging and adoption strategies.
    • Train internal teams on new intelligence features and their business value.
    • Define success metrics (KPIs) to track product adoption and customer impact.
    • Continuously analyze product performance gather customer feedback and iterate on improvements.
    • Align with executives and crossfunctional teams on strategy and product direction.
    • Communicate progress insights and key decisions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

    • 5 years of product management experience preferably in SaaS analytics BI or social listening.
    • Strong understanding of data analytics reporting and AIdriven insights in B2B marketing.
    • Experience working with engineering and data science teams to build intelligence products.
    • Proven ability to analyze data identify trends and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have

    • Experience in social media management marketing analytics or competitive intelligence.
    • Familiarity with AIpowered data analysis NLP and predictive analytics.
    • Handson experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker PowerBI and Tableau) and data visualization.
