Perform complex spinal surgeries with precision and care.
Diagnose and treat a variety of spinal disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options and recovery processes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in spine surgery.
Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical literature.
Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Develop and implement preventive measures for spinal health.
Conduct patient consultations and followup appointments.
Manage and address complications arising from spinal surgeries.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
Participate in continuing medical education and professional development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of surgical practices and protocols.
