A leading hospitality group in Qatar is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee its growing portfolio of restaurants catering and event operations. This role focuses on building international F&B brands improving internal operations driving financial performance and inspiring innovation across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the company s F&B and event brands locally and internationally.
- Drive strategic plans and financial goals.
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to improve operations.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and cost control.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver excellent service and new ideas.
- Enhance internal communication and use data to improve performance.
- Promote a culture of learning development and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and health/safety regulations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality or related field (Master s preferred).
- 10 15 years of hospitality experience including senior leadership roles.
- Strong background in P&L budgeting and revenue growth.
- Experience with opening new concepts and managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial and HR systems health & safety and the Qatar market.
- Creative strategic and passionate about service and innovation.
