DescriptionWe are looking to strengthen our team with a consultant located in Cairo who will be part of the Middle East & Africa team of technical advisory and integrity specialists. The technical advisory team spans experts in Abu Dhabi who collaborate closely to support energy companies suppliers authorities and other industry players as an independent service provider. We are recognized as the leading advisors providing technical advisory and asset & integrity management for the assets both onshore and offshore throughout their lifecycle.
Your tasks include:
Deliver technical solutions and services to customer challenges related broadly to assets and operations. This can include:
- Presales sales tendering and delivery of asset integrity management services including RiskBased Inspection (RBI) implementation projects.
- Lead condition assessments and maintenance planning projects while playing a key technical role as part of the team.
- Contribute to business development efforts by developing proposals and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Take an active role in service delivery as a specialist and/or project manager.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of corrosion engineers process engineers structural engineers and pipeline engineers while providing technical contributions to service delivery including riskbased inspection projects fitnessforservice assessments and remnant life assessments.
- Develop technical and financial quotations and manage the bidding process with support from the business manager.
- Collaborate with digital solutions teams during tendering and service delivery with a proven track record of working effectively with digital solutions teams.
- Prepare essential project management documentation and ensure the project is delivered according to scope schedule and budget.
- Liaise with financial teams to manage project budgeting progression and control.
- Demonstrate the ability to work within tight timeframes consistently meeting deadlines and delivery targets.
- The implementation of QHSE requirements within the team.

Qualifications- Must hold a bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical Production Metallurgical or Chemical disciplines.
- Over 1215 years of relevant experience in tendering and of asset integrity contracts. Preferably in international consultancy and risk management firms.
- API 510 570 and 580 certifications is a must
- Strong background in inspection with handson experience in various asset types including but not limited to pressure vessels piping heat exchangers fired heaters tanks and pressure relief devices.
- Demonstrated ability in developing asset integrity management service proposals covering both technical and financial aspects.
- Proven experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams including corrosion engineers structural engineers pipeline engineers technical safety engineers and digital solutions engineers.
- Ability to collaborate with digital solutions teams to create technical and financial proposals within the context of asset integrity management.
- Track record of project management as a project manager for technical service project deliveries. Includes preparation of key project documents such as project management plans risk management plans and project schedules.
- Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with asset management software such as Synergi Credo RBMI ACET APM APIRBI or similar systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience working within tight deadlines and successfully delivering services as per timelines and client expectations.
- Positive proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Selfmotivated and resultoriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Excellent listening communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
